استلمت بورصة فلسطين البيانات المالية المرحلية غير المدققة لشركة الاتحاد للإعمار والاستثمار (UCI) كما في 31/03/2013، ويمنح نظام الإفصاح الساري كل شركة مدرجة فترة شهر للإفصاح عن بيانات الربع الأول من هذا العام مدققة من المدقق الداخلي للشركة. وتشير بيانات الشركة للربع الأول من هذا العام إلى أن خسارة الفترة  قد بلغت  (118,329) دولار أمريكي مقارنة مع صافي أرباح الفترة قبل الضريبة  بمقدار 501,981 دولار في الربع الأول من العام 2012.

Palestine Exchange (PEX) received the unaudited interim financial statements for Union Construction and Investment (UCI), as in 31/03/2013. PEX disclosure bylaws give all PEX listed companies one month to report their first quarter interim financial statements as reviewed by the company’s internal auditor. According to company data for the first three months of the year, net loss reached (118,329) USD, compared with a net profit before taxes of 501,981 USD for the first three months of 2012.
